Blogging today for the first time, and I am finding it to be a little ackward, but mostly intimdating. I really shouldn't feel this way considering I am an English major so this should all be relevant and boring to me. I feel as though blogging would take up alot of my time, but hey so does flipping through my cabel channels hoping to find some juicy reality t.v. show. For some reason those dumb catty shows keep my attention. I cant figure out if I enjoy watching over aged women fight like someone slapped their momma because I am trying to understand them, or because they are so beyond my perception of reality that even the word reality has changed to entertaining. Anyway, none of this seem to making sense, maybe I should become a more productive student and read one of the twenty books.
Haha I enjoyed this :) I like to think I watch garbage on TV because it's so outrageous. I tend to feel better about myself after realizing that I don't act that way. Luckily the mountain of books we are required to read actually go pretty fast. I read The Absolutely True Diary in one afternoon... and annotated it... not sure if i'm proud of that one yet... but at least i'm going to be a teacher and I didn't just do it because I have no life! Well, good luck on your future posts, I like your 'voice' :)
